Welcome to the New URL Wizard Training page. This tutorial will teach you how to properly enter a URL into Ping Kaching for promotion. The New URL Wizard is for any URL or content you post on the web. This could be a video URL, article or blog post on your website. Be sure to watch the training page on how to set up a project. The default settings you use for your project will help you save time when entering in each and every URL.
Add New URL Wizard – Getting Started page.

42 – Title field. This is where you enter your URL Title for reference purposes.
43 – URL Address field. This is where you type or paste the link address of your URL.
44 – RSS URL field. This is where you type or paste your site’s RSS URL. If you are using Word Press or WordPress Direct then your RSS feed URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/feed But if you are using a static website, you need to install an RSS feed software and they will give you the RSS feed link.
45. New Shortened URL field. This shows the shortened version of your URL.

46 – Title field. This is where you enter the different titles for your URL. Titles should be up to 75 characters only.
47 – Add More option. If you wish to use more than 4 titles for a specific URL, just click this button and it will add another empty box for you to fill up.
48 – Status Message field. This is where you enter a status message for the social sites Twitter, FaceBook and Tumblr. Status messages should be up to 140 characters only.

49 – Description field. This is where you enter different and unique descriptions for the URL you are promoting. Descriptions should be up to 199 characters only.
50 – Add More option. If you wish to use more than 4 descriptions for a specific URL, just click this button and it will add another empty box for you to fill up.

51 – Keywords field. This is where you enter your URLs keyword phrases which should be up to 99 characters only.
52 – Add More option. If you wish to use more than 4 keyword phrases for a specific URL, just click this button and it will add another empty box for you to fill up.
53 – Keyword-Based Category option. Choose YES in the dropdown menu if you would like us to select categories that are based off your keywords. Choose NO if you like otherwise.

54 – Directory Categories field. This is where you type your categories. The category choices will be narrowed down as you type more characters in the empty field. Just select the categories you want to add to your list.
55 – Show all Categories option. If you click this option, a pop up box would show with the entire category list. You may either select the categories one by one or use Ctrl+Select on your keyboard and mouse to select multiple categories. There is also a Search function to make it easier for you to find your categories.
56 – Selected Categories area. This area shows all categories you selected for this particular project.
57 – Miscellaneous Category option. Select YES from the dropdown menu if you would like us to use Miscellaneous category if none of your selected categories match those in the actual sites we submit to. Choose NO if you like otherwise.

58 – Social Bookmarking Category field. Just tick the box beside the most appropriate bookmarking categories that apply to your site. You may select as few or as many as you like.

59 – First Name field. This is where you type the First Name you wish to use for this particular project’s submissions.
60 – Last Name field. This is where you type the Last Name you wish to use for this particular project’s submissions.
61 – Email Address field. This is where you enter your valid email address. This email will be used for the submissions and therefore would receive the confirmation emails from teh sites we submit to.
