Welcome to the settings page. This is the page you should goto first after installing the software. It is important to set up your default settings early on to save time in using the software. It’s also critical to enter in accounts into the software so the software can use these accounts for submissions. Without entering accounts into the software the Social Bookmarking and RSS Distribution feature will be nearly useless.

This is the Settings – Submission Form page. This page contain your default settings for the submission form, accounts, general settings and the manage URLs settings.

62 – Default Pen First Name field. This is where you enter the default first name you would like to use for all your submissions.

63 – Default Pen Last Name field. This is where you enter the default last name you would like to use for all your submissions.

64 – Default Email Address field. This is where you enter the email address you would like to use for all your submissions.

65 – Hide Pen Name +Email Address for sub URLs option. Check this box if you do not wish to fill out the Pen Name page in the Add New URL Wizard.

66 – Hide Pen Name +Email Address for Projects option. Check this box if you do not wish to fill out the Pen Name page in the Create New Project Wizard.

67 – Hide Categories (directories and bookmarks) for sub URLs option. Check this box if you do not fill out the Directory and SC Category pages in the Add New URL Wizard.

68 – Hide Keyword Page for sub URLs option. Check this box if you do not wish to fill out the Keyword page in the Add New URL Wizard.

Settings – Accounts page.

69 – Add New option. To add new SB/RSS Accounts to PK, select the sites you wish to add in the dropdown menu and click Add New.

70 – Display Passwords option. Check this box if you wish to display your passwords in the Password column. Otherwise, the password is represented by a dot per character.

71 – Username column. This is where you add your usernames for each SB/RSS site you added in the list.

72 – Password column. This is where you add your passwords for each SB/RSS site you added in the list.

73 – Delete button. Click this button if you wish to remove a particular SB/RSS site in the list.

74 – Check button. Click this button to validate your login details automatically. The system will try to login to your account and check if the details you entered to PK matches the actual login from the site. If your username and password match, it will display a green Success message. Otherwise, you will see an Invalid password/username error message.

Settings – General Settings page.

75 – Login field. This shows the email address you registered to PK.

76 – Subscription Status field. This shows your current Subscription status.

77 – Old Password. If you wish to change your password, supply your old password in this field.

78 – Enter New Password. Enter the new password you wish to use in this field.

79 – Confirm Password. Re-enter the new password you wish to use in this field. This should match what’s in the Enter New Password field.

80 – Change. Click this button to confirm the password change.

81 – Manage URL Display option. Check the columns you would like to show in the Manage URLs page. You should choose at least one from the list.
