Version .40: “x2″

Welcome to version .40 of Ping Kaching.  Our last update, Act I, was a massive update, that introduced our Account Creation Tool, Domain Face Interaction, Business Name Checker and more!  After we had finished our last update, the team sat down and we wondered how we would out do our selves.  Were constantly looking to move the software forward and out do our previous updates.

We knew this wasn’t going to be an easy task so we set the bar high….and I mean really high.  I told the code team that I wanted to have our next update released in only a month after our previous release.  Then I tossed the idea out there to double the software.  The coders asked what I wanted to double…and I simply replied “EVERYTHING.”

And that amazing feat has been accomplished in only 35 days.  We have over doubled the number of sites the software supports.

What we added in Version .40

Highlight of new features:

The first thing we did was clean up the Settings Page.  We have completely ignored the Settings page since the launch of the software and now was the time to give it the attention it deserved.  You will notice page names have been changed, icons added, layout adjusted, etc.

Second, you will see in the settings page we have added a new CAPTCHA plugin.  Ping Kaching now has the ability to work with Decaptcher.com.  If you have a Decaptcher account you can plugin that information into PK and ALL CAPTCHER will be solved for you!  This is a huge addition to the software and saves our customers even more time.  This also allowed us to introduce more sites that required CAPTCHA.  Previously we had avoided most sites that required CAPTCHA because it required the customer to take further action….now it opened the door to a plethora of new sites!

I highly suggest you head over to Decaptcher.com and sign up for an account over there.  We aren’t charging any affiliate commisison and don’t make a penny off you signing up.  It’s going to cost you $10 to create an account at the site and with that you will receive 5,000 CAPTCHA solves.  For most of our customers this $10 investment will run you for many many months.

The third major change is we added the Social Status feature straight to the drop down menu under Plugins.  Now you can easily use the software to update your followers on such sites as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Linked In, Plurk, Jaiku, etc.  This brings the entire Social Status feature to the front making it a powerful feature at your finger tips.

All the above things are just bonuses!  These are things that we decided to throw into the update to help our customers out and give more power and efficiency.  However, this wasn’t what our update was really about.  The last thing we did was add a ton of new sites to the software.

610 new directories which require CAPTCHA

9 social bookmarking sites

As you can see this was a massive update.  You are getting twice the amount of power, links, traffic sources, etc.

The very best part about this update….is that your getting twice the software for the same price!  We are giving this update away for FREE to all our current customers.  This is just another step forwards as we continue to our forward progress.

What’s coming in our next update:

Version .50 is already in progress.  All the features have been laid out and the code team has already begun development.  All our previous updates keep out doing each other and version .50 will be no exception.

We will not be adding new sites to Ping Kaching in version .50 but rather we will move in a whole new direction.  I feel that Ping Kaching is a very powerful software but the problem is it’s still too clunky.  The interface is nice, submission speeds are fine but what if we could make the software invisible??

That was the task I have given to my self nearly two months ago.  What could I do to make the software become invisible….By becoming invisible, customers could benefit from PK without even ever having to use it….and this makes it wildly more powerful than it has ever been before.

In version .50 you can expect to see a lot of integration.  We are working on ways to integrate the software with Posterous, Word Press Direct, Market Samurai, Article Samurai, Quann Site, etc.  Also we will have a Word Press plugin, but all of this is really just the start of what version .50 is all about.

I am very excited for everyone to see what we have in store for Ping Kaching in the next 30-45 days.  The software will literally transform into something else on a whole new level.
