Every time our customers do a submission we log the results in our database. This way we can easily see trends of which sites are starting to have troubles inside the software. It appears Yahoo has made a slight change to their submission process that is causing an occasional hiccup in submission for some customers. We have become aware of this a few hours ago and are working now to correct the issue. We hope to have a minor update this week to fix the issue completely for all customers. In the meantime I hope you enjoy the other great sites the software can submit to!

Given the pending merger of Yahoo and Bing search, this might not be a big deal in a few months.
Or you have to make another change to the submission process.
I have found that if I keep a browser page open after logging in to Yahoo the submission process works most of the time. A temporary workaround at least.
